Outside
The villa surrounded by garden with an area for Al Fresco dining and has a large terrace to the front with views to the Montgo Mountain and sea. Both garden and terrace are equipped with table and chairs. Guests have the use of a beautiful community pool, which is approx a 30 second walk away.
Coast/Beach
The award winning beaches of Javea and Denia are a 10 mins drive from the villa. Here you will find miles of golden sand, rocky coves and marinas where numerous water sports can be enjoyed, all year sailing, wind-surfing, jet and water skiing, scuba-diving centre courses available, coarse fishing and leisure boat trips down the coast.
Golf
The La Sella 18 hole championship golf course, par 72 is within 10-15 mins walking distance from the villa. The club-house and main entrance is 5 mins by car and also offers a sauna, shop and restaurant. Other golf courses within half an hours drive can be found at Oliva Nova and Javea. Slightly further away are Don Cayo and lfach. Other golf courses can be found, in the Valencia region El Saler, Manises, El Bosque and Escorpion. In the Castellon region Costa Azahar, Mediterraneo and Panoramica. In the Alicante region Alicante Golf, El Plantio, Alenda and Bonalba.
