Accommodation... A fully equipped kitchen is available along with 1 double bedroom (with ensuite), 2 twin bedrooms, family bathroom, fully air conditioned with tv/dvd player.The patio area leads to the private garden with a gate leading to the beautiful communal pool with adjoining childs pool in landscape gardens.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK Pounds. A discount will be offered for early booking and also for longer term rentals. The Owner tries to be fair on price and accommodate any genuine enquires. Long term winter lets are available, please contact us with your dates required for prices.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover, but can be flexible subject to availability. The apartment is available on arrival from 3pm and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the full balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your departure (non-refundable). A security/damages deposit of 200 pounds is payable with the balance, which is returned on receipt of the apartment keys and an inventory check. Please remember this wonderful apartment is available for long term winter lets, get away from the English weather and relax in the warm sunny climate of Javea.

Travel
Javea is between Alicante and Valencia airports. Approx 1hr - 1hr 15 mins drive. A hire car is recommended, but not essential. Airport transfers can be arranged

Javea golf is approx 10 minute drive. Tennis club, Javea Diving within 2 minute walk. the apartment is close to the historic Javea old town & the beautiful Javea port with many fine restaurants & bars. Lively Benidorm is 30 minute drive away

Accessibility
Has wheelchair access and no steps, so is more than ideal for wheelchair users, the elderly or people with mobility problems.

Outside
Covered patio, furnished with dining table and 6 chairs, ideal for dining alfresco. Leads to private garden with grassed area and lounging chairs, which leads through a private gate to the tranquil pool area.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful, blue flag Arenal beach is only a 5 min walk away. The bay has golden sand and gently slopes into the crystal clear water, safe for children. There are also sunbeds, parasols, showers and climbing/play frames. For the more energetic there is windsurfing, sailing, boat hire/trips, pedalos, scuba diving, water skiing, cycling, snorkeling, tennis and jet ski. A short drive away, there are beaches at La Barraca (stoney), Granadella (stoney), The Port (stoney), and Ambola (naturist).

Golf
There are numerous golf courses on the Costa Blanca. Close to the villa is the 9 hole course at Javea Golf Club (5 mins drive), the internationally renowned 18 hole golf course and spa at La Sella (10 mins drive), 9 hole golf course at Moraira (25 mins drive),the famous 18 hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva (35 mins drive), further courses are at Altea, Alicante and Valencia.
