The Villa Owners of Rental Properties and the staff of Javea Services understand the priorities of those renting a Villa or Apartment properties for a holiday and are here to make it a very pleasant experience.

The Costa Blanca has a great holiday atmosphere and even more so in the two jewels of the coast Javea and Moraira. Both are beachside towns and are much sought after by Northern European and Spanish holiday makers alike. The area has lots of activities for the young at heart although it is still not spoilt and can offer a more relaxed holiday if required.

When you are looking for a good rental property you need local and friendly advice which is what Javea Services provide both to the Property Owner and the Villa Renter in the greater Javea area. We aim to guide you to the holiday accommodation best suited to your requirements from a choice of privately owned properties.

Both the Property Owners and our Javea Services Staff are focused on providing a personal service to make your Villa Holiday enjoyable whether you are looking for an active holiday within easy reach of the beach, golf courses and the mountains for hill walking or would prefer a quieter holiday in an out of the way Villa.

A Guide to Our Service For The Owner's Personal Guests and Rental Clients (from which you can Pick & Mix)

Guest meet and greet service with key handover on arrival and departure of guest. We will also prepare the property for guest arrival, switching on electricity, fridge, boiler, air conditioning/heating Making up of beds, clean towels, etc.

We can supply a welcome pack for 20 Euros, Plus the cost of the items which can this include milk, water, tea, coffee, cereal, bread, butter, preserves, sugar, orange juice, coke, wine, beer, eggs, bacon. We highly recommend this for late night or Sunday flight arrivals.

Supply and fit new gas bottle as required (cost of new gas bottle to owner plus collection).

General assistance to guests if needed in case of medical or police problems, etc.

On request rent-a-car bookings made on behalf of the guests.

On departure of the guests, the property will be inspected for any loss of items or any damage incurred will be reported to the owner so that any security deposit taken by the owner can be retained.

Our cleaning and laundry service will be carried out on guest departure at an extra cost to the guest or owners. (Please see tariff)

Leaving a selection of local guides in the property for restaurants, places of interest etc and emergency contact numbers including a Javea Services contact number.

Flush all toilets, run all taps and showers to clean any stagnant water and to eliminate any smell, leaving fresh water in the pipes.

Prepare property for owner's / clients arrival, making up beds, putting out clean towels, etc.

Switch on air conditioning / heating, boiler, fridge and appliances, also switching on lights if night arrival.

Change Over Day- on same day change over your guests must vacate the property by 11.00 hrs with the new guests arriving not before 16.00 hrs due to the cleaning and linen change in your property.

The services below is for the non-rental property owner who would like total peace of mind knowing that their Spanish investment is safe and cared for to a high standard in their absence. For this service we will carryout the following

Keyholding.

Inform owner immediately of any problems arising at the property requiring urgent attention, acting only on owner's instructions.

Inspect all the windows, doors and alarm (if present).

Flush all toilets, run all taps and showers to clean any stagnant water and to eliminate any smell, leaving fresh water in the pipes.

Check property for signs of damp or mould.

Check property for any infestation both inside and out.

Allow property to have a good airing.

Ensure property is properly secured on completion of inspection

Regular check of all electrical appliances, air conditioning / heating and light bulbs.

Attending any appointment set by owner at the property to receive workmen or deliveries.

Check mailbox and remove any mail forwarding to the UK if necessary.
