SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE

For all your swimming pool maintenance and cleaning needs on the Costa Blanca all year round you should contact Javea Villa Services.

For those lucky enough to have a private swimming pool, cleaning and maintaining it is an essential part of property ownership.

Due to the hot weather here in Spain, a pool that is not regularly maintained and chemically treated can quickly lead to the growth of bacteria, causing infections - especially in children. Any owner renting their property should be aware that cutting corners and avoiding paying for this essential service can result in claims being made against them.

All pools are individually priced on a yearly basis and include all chemicals. Our usual pool contract consists of twice weekly pool cleaning during May to September, and weekly visit during the October to April. Chemical levels will be closely monitored, the pool will be cleared of all floating debris, and the water will be left crystal clear for enjoyable and safe swimming.

Our experienced pool maintenance team will usually be in and out within an hour, causing the minimum inconvenience to either yourselves or your guests.

Patio, Terrace & Pool Jet / Pressure Washing
Using a high powered pressure washer we can clean patios, terraces and pool areas. On arrival at your holiday home after a tiring flight we know that the last thing that anyone wants to do is sweeping the dust from the patio. Alternatively if a jet wash is not required we can clean all patios prior to arrival of guests. Prices start at 20 € depending on the size of property. Let us take that burden away from you.

Pool Maintenance
If you are one of those owners lucky enough to have a pool then please speak to us about our yearly pool maintenance contracts that will keep your pool in pristine condition. It is very important to keep the chemical levels correct especially if you are renting the property and also to make sure that you get an all round service and not simply a pool clean . It does not take long for a pool to go green but it takes a while to get it back to normal after poor pool maintenance. If you are planning to purchase a home with a pool then please speak to us for a quotation on the yearly maintenance cost
