For those wishing to rent or sell a property we provide a promotional service, we are large enough to give the service level required and small enough to care. We specialize in the low cost advertising of HOLIDAY properties through our series of websites. Should you have any questions on a particular point or wish to place an property advertisement to sell or promote a Spanish property for a short or a long term rent please feel free to contact javeaservices@gmail.com for advice and a lot more friendly help.

Javea Services can advertise your Villa or Apartment Holiday Property for rent or for sale

For those wishing to advertise with us we provide 4 options

Option 1  We can provide one Free Property Listing (text only) with contact telephone number or email address on this website. This is available free to those using any of our services.                          

To non service users the cost is 30€ per year

Option 2   We provide a free panel ad with photo similar to that here, placed on a number of websites, to generate interest in your property but with our contact number so that any bookings generated and passed on to you will be subject to a 10% commission charge, but this is reduced to only 8% for our clients who continue to use our other javeaservices

Option 3   You can click HERE and register with Villarenters and your ad will turn up on this and many of our other websites together with vast number of other sites, you will not be advertising direct with Javeaservices (There is a one off set up cost made by Villarenters plus they charge you 10% for bookings they generate and 2% for bookings that you generate) Click on the photo opposite to see the level of promotion and information on your property that they provide.

Option 4 Avoid commissions...Rent or Sell your Spanish Property by advertising direct through a series of websites specialising in attracting prospective clients to specific holiday zones or developments.

You only pay a small one off payment of 50 euro for a full years advertising. Your ad copy will appear in one of our Panel Ads on this website or one or more of our other websites of your choice ( The design is as opposite, although not guaranteed ADS will be located on a first come best position basis). We reserve the right to move the position of ADS to suit website requirements. ADS will normally be placed in relation to the copy for the resort in which the apartment or villa is located.

A discount will be given for the same AD placed at the same time on more than one website (or in more than one position on the same site) on the basis of a total cost of 80€ for two websites, 100€ for three websites and 120€ for four websites. That is only 30€ per website per year

The low rate as above is for a panel AD (with photo if provided) as shown opposite, including an eMail link. You can replace the eMail link for a link to your website for an additional 10€ per AD per year.

Special size or photo feature ADS, up to your own mini website can be provided at additional cost

Remember that these prices are for a full year and under Option 4 you do not have to pay commission

Setting the rental prices (as agreed with the owner) and maintaining the rental tariff so that up to date pricing is always available for the clients.

Dealing with the initial rental enquiry through to final confirmation on all bookings and lettings for the owner's property.
