We appreciate the difficulties that can arise when you are trying to run a holiday rental business from a distance, we therefore try to make everything as simple and clear as possible, so that you can obtain the villa services you want in an efficient and pleasant way.

Throughout the following pages you will see our range of services which are available, from cleaning to full property management.

If you are an absentee owner you can contract us to undertake many of the duties which are required to keep your property in good rental condition and your clients happy. The main area you will have to cover is cleaning between rentals, garden and pool cleaning together with regular property checks to ensure problems are attended to promptly. Guests who find that your property is not up to standard may not return or recommend your property.

At Javea Services we pride ourselves on giving a high standard of service in maintenance, advertising and villa rental promotion ..... and....we never forget that you have a choice. Whether you are at Home or Away ...we are here to help.

 It is not necessary to have your property ADVERTISED through us to take advantage of the Javea Villa service for Management & maintenance.

Javea Services Property Management is in a good position to remove your concerns and offer you a personal service of villa care and maintenance. We can be your point of contact overseeing the welfare of your property and while you are away, keep you regularly informed and reassured, giving you peace of mind

We are able to offer our clients a large selection of services from which you can ”PICK AND MIX” the services that you require, if you do not want those of our Full Management package, you can select those elements you wish, all of which will be carried out to the same exacting standard that you would expect in the UK.

Example of our SERVICES which are carried out at Changeover / Departure dates are given below

Collect dirty linen & towels Make and prepare beds, put out clean towels, teatowels, bath mats etc

Dust all surfaces, vacuum and wash floors in all rooms Clean bathrooms & toilets, replace toilet rolls.

Clean kitchen surfaces, wipe inside cupboards & utensil drawer, oven & microwave.

Clean inside fridge and remove all perishable food Remove all rubbish

Windows are cleaned as and when seen to be necessary. This will be carried out when authorised and charged on an hourly rate.

The cleaning of outside terraces, furniture and barbecue areas are also charged on an hourly rate.
